About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Change & Business Enablement Consultant within the Change and Business Enablement organization in Fraud & Claims Management (FCM) as part of Global Operations.

This role serves as a senior execution leader and business operator within the FCM-Change and Business Enablement organization, supporting the end0to0end lifecycle of work across FCM, from demand intake and impact assessment through execution and operational readiness. The role functions as a strategic partner to the Head of FCM-Change and Business Enablement, operating as a proxy in key forums and driving integration across change delivery, business management, and operational enablement functions.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a senior execution partner to the Head of FCM-Change & Business Enablement, supporting day0to0day management of the organization and driving prioritization, alignment, and follow0through across key initiatives

  • Own end0to0end Business Unit Reviews (BURs) for FCM, including development of executive materials, synthesis of performance, financial, and risk data, and coordination across senior leadership

  • Partner with intake and portfolio management leaders to streamline demand intake, impact assessment, and prioritization processes across all FCM work (Big C, small c, and external demand)

  • Translate intake and portfolio outputs into a consolidated view of work impacting operations, including change initiatives, staffing impacts, and readiness requirements

  • Establish and manage routines that provide operations and leadership with clear, forward0looking visibility into work in flight and upcoming impacts

  • Lead core business management functions, including capacity and headcount planning, financial tracking, and investment planning for the FCM change portfolio

  • Support execution readiness by coordinating across Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Finance to align on scope, dependencies, risks, and timing

  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate duplication, and improve execution discipline across intake, portfolio management, and business operations

  • Act as a trusted advisor and problem solver, stepping into complex or ambiguous situations to drive clarity, coordination, and resolution

  • Represent FCM Change & Business Enablement in leadership forums, influencing decisions and driving alignment across stakeholders

  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management

  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions

  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational

  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership

  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Execution, Change-Management, Program Management, Strategic Operations, or related experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education

Desired Qualifications

  • 7+ years0experience working as senior execution partner supporting day to day management of the organization and driving prioritization, alignment, and follow through across key initiatives, conducting meetings, creating, and delivering executive-level presentations, and status reporting

  • Demonstrated proficiency supporting executive leadership, including expert-level preparation of leadership0ready materials and facilitation of decision-making

  • 5+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements which may include workflows, process maps, or business processesa0

  • Strong ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments

  • Proven experience leading complex, cross0functional initiatives in a large, regulated organization

  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align stakeholders without direct authority

  • Experience with intake, portfolio management, impact assessment, and prioritization processes

  • Experience in business management functions such as capacity planning, workforce management, financial tracking, or investment planning

  • Background in financial services, fraud, claims, or operations environments

  • Experience working in governance, risk, or highly regulated environments

  • Demonstrated ability to identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions

Job Expectations:
