Sciemo is an AI-native Revenue Growth Management platform serving consumer brands, with over $2M in ARR achieved in under 15 months. The Chief of Staff reports directly to the CEO and is a force multiplier across the company's most critical priorities. The role centers on four areas:
- Driving cross-functional projects across product, data science, engineering, and go-to-market;
- Owning the internal operating rhythm including team syncs, OKR tracking, and decision documentation;
- Leading administration functions across People, Finance and Legal;
- Identifying operational gaps before they become blockers for growth
