Shorewood Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced, strategic nursing executive to join our Executive Leadership Team. As Chief Nursing Officer, you'll partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive clinical excellence, strengthen nursing culture, develop future leaders, and influence the long-term direction of the organization. Your Impact

Qualifications

Active RN License (WI or eligible for reciprocity).

Proven Nursing Leadership (CNO, DON, or equivalent).

Behavioral Health Experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting (required).
