How you'll make an impact in this role Provide the overall clinical vision for the organization and oversee clinical activities and quality across the organization.
- Lead and implement the clinical direction for the organization.
- Oversee the monitoring, measurement and quality improvement of clinical care.
- Collaborate, develop, and lead the implementation of operational plans.
- Develop and implement strategic goals related to the quality improvement and management programs.
- Responsible for physician and provider engagement and alignment
- Leads the medical staff office and medical affairs for the hospital
- Responsible for patient safety and a safe, highly reliable culture among physicians and all caregivers
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.
