Position Overview

Riverside Research and the IDS Business Unit are seeking a full time Chief Information Security Officer in the Dayton, OH area. This position will function as an IT Manager to advise and assist in all IT aspects of a MILCON project for the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

Responsibilities

•The contractor shall provide expertise in the design, programming, planning and management of IT infrastructure for new SCIF MILCON requirements.•The contractor will provide support for identifying IT mission requirements, program development, equipment acquisition and disposition.•The contractor shall support the construction IT submittal process, test-reports reviews, change order management and review of all record documents.•The contractor shall coordinate activities and fulfill liaison responsibilities for external agencies to include WPAFB 88th Communications Squadron, NASIC and IC mission partners.

Qualifications

- Must have a Top Secret/SCI US Government Security Clearance- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology- 12 years combined experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 8-10 focused on DoD or Intelligence projects- Briefing Military/Government Councils- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)- Deep knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the ATO process- Experience with classified networks- Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud computing, database management, and IT governance- Proven leadership to guide teams and manage complex IT projects, including budgeting and resource allocation- Experience designing, developing, and integrating the complete technology infrastructure for a new, large scale intelligence facility- Knowledge of data centers, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud integration

Global Comp$145,000- $180,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
