We are seeking a strategic growth leader who believes healthcare organizations can simultaneously expand access, improve outcomes, strengthen financial sustainability, and transform communities.
The CGO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and will lead enterprise growth strategy, strategic partnerships, market expansion, innovation initiatives, and external engagement efforts that advance McLeod's mission and long-term impact.
This executive will help position McLeod as a statewide leader in behavioral healthcare, substance use treatment, integrated care, and whole-person wellbeing.
What You'll Lead- Enterprise growth strategy and market expansion
- New partnerships with health systems, FQHCs, counties, community organizations, and referral sources
- Service line innovation and emerging care models
- Strategic business development and revenue diversification
- Community engagement, brand visibility, and organizational positioning
- Executive-level external relationships and stakeholder engagement
- Growth-focused strategic planning and implementation
- Identification of future opportunities aligned with mission and sustainability

Preferred Experience- Senior executive leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, public health, or related sectors
- Experience leading organizational growth, partnerships, strategy, or expansion initiatives
- Demonstrated success developing high-impact partnerships and external relationships
- Experience navigating healthcare reimbursement, funding, and regulatory environments
- Strong understanding of strategic planning, innovation, and organizational transformation
