Job Description
Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead the company's strategic growth initiatives and drive expansion across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Federal Government markets.

Reporting directly to the President, the Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for developing and executing the company's growth strategy, leading business development and capture activities, expanding customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue growth. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, operations, recruiting, and private equity stakeholders to position Jovian for continued success and long-term value creation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

Developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company's strategic objectives and annual growth targets.

Leading all business development, capture management, and strategic partnership activities across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Federal Government markets.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with government customers, industry partners, and key stakeholders to identify and shape new business opportunities.

Managing and maturing the company's opportunity pipeline from identification through award, ensuring disciplined qualification, pursuit, and capture processes.

Leading competitive assessments, market analysis, customer engagement strategies, and win theme development to improve probability of win.

Collaborating with operations leadership to ensure growth initiatives align with the company's technical capabilities, delivery strengths, and workforce strategy.

Supporting proposal development efforts by providing strategic direction, customer insight, competitive intelligence, and capture leadership.

Developing and maintaining strategic teaming relationships with large and small business partners to expand market access and contract vehicle opportunities.

Providing regular growth forecasts, pipeline reviews, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and ownership stakeholders.

Representing Jovian Concepts at industry events, conferences, customer meetings, and strategic business engagements.

Identifying merger, acquisition, and strategic investment opportunities that support the company's long-term growth objectives.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance required. Polygraph preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 15 years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, or Federal Government markets.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in business development, capture management, growth strategy, or executive leadership roles within the Government Contracting industry.

Demonstrated success leading and winning large, complex federal opportunities.

Proven experience developing and managing multi-year opportunity pipelines valued at $100M or greater.

Strong understanding of the federal acquisition process, contract vehicles, IDIQs, GWACs, and strategic teaming approaches.

Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with government customers, industry partners, and executive stakeholders.

Experience working in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or acquisition-oriented environment is highly desired.

Exceptional communication, leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills.

Demonstrated success developing, capturing, and growing business within the Intelligence Community is required.

Strong familiarity with Intelligence Community customers, acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and industry partners.
