Your job - Analyze and document business needs in collaboration with the Finance, Risk and Capital teams
- Assess the impacts of changes on existing systems, data, and processes
- Facilitate workshops and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Define and execute functional testing strategies (system testing and user acceptance testing)
- Provide support to operations and resolve incidents in production
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions and processes

Prerequisites - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field and relevant experience in functional analysis
- Experience in needs gathering, impact analysis and drafting of requirements
- Experience in Agile methodology and functional testing (SIT and UAT)
- Knowledge of data flows and data analysis (an asset: SQL, business intelligence)
- Knowledge of Finance, Risk or IT Capital Management.
Languages: English, French
