Full Job Description
A career as a Chief Functional Analyst in the IT Capital Management team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in technological solutions supporting the Finance, Risk and Capital processes. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your experience in functional analysis, cross-team collaboration and requirements management.

Your job

  • Analyze and document business needs in collaboration with the Finance, Risk and Capital teams
  • Assess the impacts of changes on existing systems, data, and processes
  • Facilitate workshops and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Define and execute functional testing strategies (system testing and user acceptance testing)
  • Provide support to operations and resolve incidents in production
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions and processes

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field and relevant experience in functional analysis
  • Experience in needs gathering, impact analysis and drafting of requirements
  • Experience in Agile methodology and functional testing (SIT and UAT)
  • Knowledge of data flows and data analysis (an asset: SQL, business intelligence)
  • Knowledge of Finance, Risk or IT Capital Management.
