Chief Executive Officer NASW Assurance Services, Inc. (ASI) Frederick, MD 21701 This is a unique opportunity to lead at the intersection of purpose and performance, where business strategy directly supports a broader mission grounded in equity, access, and service. The CEO will provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership for ASI, guiding the organization through a dynamic and increasingly competitive insurance landscape. This leader will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, strengthening partnerships, and expanding member engagement while ensuring operational excellence across a largely outsourced business model. Central to this work is a commitment to ensuring that ASI's products, partnerships, and practices are responsive to the diverse and evolving needs of social workers across communities and practice settings. Success in this role will require balancing innovation with discipline, and enterprise growth with mission alignment.
