Qualifications

• HVAC and EPA Certifications are beneficial.
• 3-5 years experience in a high-rise condominium is crucial.
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, and electrical skills required, with specific experience in cooling towers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in managing and training a team is necessary.
• Must be available for 24/7 on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the maintenance team.
• Assist in hiring and training maintenance staff with LCAM's help.
• Coordinate property activities to ensure maintenance and repairs of facilities.
• Identify and recommend preventative maintenance projects.
• Respond to resident service requests and concerns promptly.
• Monitor materials usage to adhere to the annual operating budget.
