What You'll AccomplishLeadership & Operations- Lead and develop a skilled engineering team through hands-on mentorship
- Design comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability
- Partner with production and service teams to optimize plant-wide operations
- Manage strategic spare parts inventory while controlling costs
Technical Excellence- Master complex systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical controls, and boilers
- Troubleshoot sophisticated electrical systems and 3-phase 230V configurations
- Program and maintain PLCs for optimal equipment performance
- Ensure rigorous safety standards and regulatory compliance
What We're Looking ForEssential Qualifications- 5+ years maintenance engineering experience with industrial machinery
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, particularly 3-phase systems
- PLC programming proficiency with real-world application
- Experience in welding, carpentry, boiler systems, and facility maintenance
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Compensation- $100,000-110,000 base salary
