The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is responsible for developing and executing ProSomnus Sleep Technologies global commercial strategy to accelerate growth, and expand market adoption. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CCO leads all revenue-generating functions, including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Commercial Operations, Customer Care, Market Access, and Strategic Partnerships.
The CCO will establish and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy designed to strengthen ProSomnus position as the leading non-CPAP therapy for Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA).
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute the global commercial strategy.
- Establish annual and multi-year revenue growth plans.
- Drive market expansion and penetration strategies.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and commercial investment planning.
Sales Leadership
- Lead and develop global sales organizations.
- Create scalable sales structures, compensation plans, territories, and performance management systems.
- Drive achievement of revenue, market share, and customer acquisition objectives.
Marketing & Demand Generation
- Lead global marketing strategy and brand positioning.
- Oversee commercialization and product launch activities.
Strategic Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships that enhance commercial reach and competitive advantage.
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with healthcare systems, sleep centers, telemedicine providers, and distribution partners.
Market Access & Reimbursement
- Lead strategies to expand reimbursement coverage and patient access.
- Collaborate with Clinical Affairs and Regulatory teams to support payer adoption.
Customer Experience & Commercial Operations
- Ensure a world-class customer experience.
- Lead forecasting, CRM optimization, analytics, and sales effectiveness initiatives.
Executive Leadership
- Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
- Present commercial performance and growth strategies to the Board of Directors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience.
- 10+ years leading sales, marketing, and business development teams.
