Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of supplier management effectively.
  • Lead contractual governance and build strategic partnerships with suppliers.

  • Serve as the principal contact between the Bank and its suppliers.
  • Monitor and control third-party risks through comprehensive due diligence.
  • Identify risk challenges, assess their impacts, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to cost optimization strategies and oversee budgeting efforts.

Full Job Description
Your job

  • Manage the supplier management lifecycle from end to end.
  • Lead and act as the owner of contractual governance, in developing strategic relationships with partners and applying industry best practices for managing suppliers under your responsibility, while deploying and operating a methodology to assess, on a regular basis, the "health" of your portfolio
  • Lead and influence sector orientations to optimize supplier performance and align with the Bank's objectives
  • Act as the main liaison between the Bank and its suppliers
  • Interpret and ensure control of third-party risks, and more specifically those resulting from information security due diligence reviews, financial analyses, the implementation of it continuity and recovery plans, as well as supplier performance monitoring
  • Identify issues and participate in the analysis of risk issues, assess the impact on the Bank and formulate innovative long-term solutions and monitor them
  • Help develop and implement cost optimization strategies to ensure optimal positioning of the Bank and budget monitoring.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree or other related diploma in a field and several years of relevant experience
  • Work experience in the banking industry or related to the industry
  • Experience in governance, third-party performance management, contract management and risk management
  • Ability to negotiate contractual agreements and/or strong ability to influence.
