About Us

Simon Med Imaging is a leading diagnostic imaging group dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered radiology services. We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled and experienced Chest Radiologist to interpret thoracic imaging studies across a wide range of settings and technologies.

Position Summary

The Chest Radiologist will be responsible for interpreting a high volume of thoracic imaging studies, including X-rays, CTs, and MRIs, with a focus on pulmonary and cardiovascular pathology. The ideal candidate has strong subspecialty training or experience in chest imaging and is confident working independently or as part of a collaborative team of radiologists.

Key Responsibilities
• Interpret chest X-rays, chest CT, and chest MRI studies with high accuracy and efficiency
• Provide detailed reports and communicate findings with referring physicians as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including pulmonologists, oncologists, and cardiologists
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in thoracic imaging and radiology best practices

Required Qualifications
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Fellowship training in Thoracic or Chest Imaging preferred but not required
• Active medical license in state reading in or eligibility to obtain
• Proficient in using PACS, RIS, and voice recognition dictation systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high diagnostic accuracy
• Comfortable with high RVU productivity and working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience
• 2+ years of post-training experience in chest radiology
• Experience with AI-assisted tools or structured reporting systems
• Familiarity with lung cancer screening protocols and incidental pulmonary nodule follow-up
