Full Job Description
Are you an experienced chemical engineering professional with a passion for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and manufacturing performance? Join our team as a Chemical Engineerr, where you will drive meaningful improvements across Rodent Control and Insect Control product portfolios. In this lead-level role, you will apply Lean, Six Sigma, statistical methods, and chemical engineering expertise to improve safety, reduce costs, increase throughput, and strengthen long-term process reliability across regulated manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, remove bottlenecks, improve throughput, lower costs, and enhance safety across production operations.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes using Lean, Six Sigma, statistical tools, and chemical engineering principles to identify and implement sustainable improvements.
  • Develop, scale, and refine chemical process improvements to support robust, efficient, and compliant manufacturing performance.
  • Lead root cause investigations related to quality deviations, process issues, and equipment failures, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide advanced technical support for new equipment selection, trials, commissioning, and process implementation.
  • Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, maintenance, supply chain, quality, regulatory, and EHS teams to support product integrity, audits, inspections, and safe production practices.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, manufacturing, or a similar technical environment.
  • Experience applying Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with statistical tools and data-driven process improvement methods is a plus.
  • Experience in pesticides, specialty chemicals, regulated manufacturing, or similar production environments preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% to support improvement initiatives across two locations.
