Le Chef de Marque, Oncologie relevant du Director, Marketing Oncologie est responsable de l'élaboration et de l'exécution de la stratégie marketing et des tactiques commerciales pour le portefeuille oncologie, soit les indications approuvées ainsi que celles à venir.

Sur la base de priorités orientées par les besoins des patients et des professionnels de santé, et étayées par des données, le Chef de Marque collabore de manière transversale avec les équipes Ventes, Médical, Affaires Gouvernementales et Accès au marché - ainsi qu'avec des parties prenantes externes - afin d'assurer des lancements réussis et une commercialisation durable.

En tant que responsable de l'équipe multidisciplinaire pour la marque, le/la Chef de Marque coordonne les parties prenantes internes, supervise les prévisions et les livrables clés, et évalue en continu la performance des plans pour optimiser l'exécution et aligner les activités sur les ambitions du portefeuille.

Le succès dans ce rôle requiert une solide expérience en marketing pharmaceutique et en leadership commercial, une forte acuité stratégique, une maîtrise des analyses avancées, ainsi que la capacité à naviguer dans la complexité et à influencer un large éventail de parties prenantes.

Responsabilités clés :
  • Piloter le développement et la mise en œuvre des stratégies de marque pour le portefeuille oncologie.
  • Orchestrer la planification stratégique transversale en s'appuyant sur le cadre de stratégique de la compagnie; identifier les opportunités stratégiques et aligner l'exécution entre les fonctions.

The Brand Lead, Oncology reporting to the Director, Marketing Oncology, owns the development and execution of marketing strategy and commercial tactics for the Oncology portfolio, including the inline and upcoming indication launches.

Based on priorities informed by the needs of patients and healthcare professionals, and supported by data, the Brand Lead partners cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Policy, and Access-as well as select external stakeholders-to deliver successful launches and sustained commercialization.

As Brand Team lead, the incumbent coordinates internal cross-functional stakeholders, oversees forecasting and key deliverables, and continuously assesses plan performance to streamline execution and align activities with portfolio ambitions.
