Harrison Meadows Creek Country Club, located in Harrison, NY, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Chef de Cuisine! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$85,000.00 - $90,000.00

Summary:

The Chef de Cuisine supports the Executive Chef in leading the club's day-to-day culinary operations, with primary responsibility for food quality, consistency, kitchen execution, and staff leadership. The position oversees daily production and service across à la carte dining, member events, tournaments, banquets, and seasonal outlets. In a private golf club, the Chef de Cuisine must balance fine-dining standards with volume, speed, consistency, and member personalization, while helping create a culinary program that reflects the club's culture and enhances the overall member experience.
