Role Overview:The ChatGPT Power User Enablement Analyst will focus on leveraging AI to optimize workflows, enhance user capabilities, and drive adoption of ChatGPT within the organization. This role involves developing custom AI solutions, providing enablement sessions, and ensuring responsible AI usage.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop custom GPTs, workflows, and automation to replace manual tasks with AI-driven solutions.
- Maintain awareness of new ChatGPT functionality and conduct weekly/monthly demo sessions on specialized techniques to maximize output quality.
- Monitor usage metrics, including message volume, tool diversity, and "power user" engagement, to evaluate AI ROI and adoption rates.
- Build libraries of tested prompts, establish guardrails for safe/ethical use, and ensure compliance with data security policies.
- Partner with different functional teams to create tailored AI playbooks and use cases.
