As our Director of Rooms, you're the mastermind behind smooth stays and unforgettable guest experiences. You'll lead the charge across the Rooms Division-including Front Office, Concierge, Guest Recognition, PBX, Housekeeping, Valet Laundry, and Valet Parking-making sure every detail is dialed in. From maximizing revenue to keeping service standards sky-high, you're the go-to for seamless operations and happy guests. KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Valid driver's license from the applicable state.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
  • A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions
