Charge RN - NICU Pediatrics Transport @ Swedish First Hill

Full time 0.9 FTE

Night Shift

This position supports the ground transport of our premature neonates up to 18-year-olds. As a member of our fast-paced, small team, you will build amazing relationships with our team of MDs, ARNPs, and RTs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide critical care during ground transport for neonatal and pediatric patients.
  • Collaborate closely with MDs, ARNPs, and RTs to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Maintain flexibility, independence, and initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
  • 1 year critical care in a PICU or level 4 NICU Nursing experience.
