The Opportunity:

The Charge Description Master (CDM) Analyst is responsible for maintaining and validating the organization's CDM to ensure accurate and compliant charge capture for all services and procedures. Supports revenue integrity by reviewing charge codes, pricing, and descriptions in alignment with regulatory requirements and payer guidelines. Assists in updating CDM entries, researching coding and billing regulations, and coordinating with clinical and financial teams to resolve discrepancies. Responsibilities include monitoring system updates, preparing reports on CDM changes, and supporting audits to ensure compliance with CMS, CPT, HCPCS, and state-specific regulations. Participates in process improvement initiatives and provides technical support for CDM-related inquiries. Assists with implementation of software and providing education to clinical teams on workflow to enhance Chargemaster maintenance workflow.
