About the role:

CompScience is expanding our presence into captives and the broker channel - and we need someone who can open doors. You'll work alongside our Director of Business Development to build relationships with captive managers, brokers, and enterprise customers with a focus on sales for our Active Risk Management (ARM) Platform

This is a quota-carrying, hybrid hunter/relationship role: part networking, part presenting, part closing. You'll need to be as comfortable demoing AI-powered software as you are talking loss runs. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage relationships with captive managers and brokers

Compensation:

CompScience is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual salary range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000. Compensation is determined within the range based on your qualifications and experience. Our total compensation package also includes equity and comprehensive benefit, and uncapped bonus structure.
