Trusted by 50,000+ businesses globally, Aspire is expanding rapidly in the US market. We're building our US GTM and partnerships engine from the ground up and are looking for ambitious operators who want to help shape the next phase of growth.

We're looking for a Channel Partnerships Manager to help accelerate Aspire's US growth through strategic partnerships.

Based in San Francisco, you will work closely with the Partnerships leadership team to identify, build, and scale high-impact channel partnerships across the fintech, accounting, startup, and SMB ecosystem.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building from zero-to-one, and wants direct visibility into company growth and strategy.

You will own partner acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation across the channel ecosystem in the US market.

What You'll Do
• Build and manage a portfolio of strategic channel partners to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across the US market
• Develop relationships with fintech platforms, accounting firms, startup ecosystems, VC networks, and business service providers
• Identify and execute partnership opportunities that create scalable distribution channels for Aspire
• Educate, enable, and support partners on Aspire's products and value proposition
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to optimize partner performance and customer experience
• Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics and growth opportunities
• Help shape Aspire's long-term partnerships strategy as we scale in the US

What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in channel partnerships, strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem growth within fintech, banking, SaaS, or B2B technology
• Proven track record of building and scaling revenue-generating partnerships
• Experience operating in high-growth startup or scale-up environments preferred
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate with autonomy in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality
• Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area

For candidates based in the US, the base salary range for this role is $88,000-$140,000, plus bonus, and benefits.We believe in paying competitively for high-impact talent, especially people who thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership environments. Final compensation will depend on experience, location, and the scope of the role, and we're happy to discuss details throughout the process.
