Job Summary:PayPal is seeking an experienced Offsite Ads Channel Partnerships Lead, SSPs and DSPs, to drive growth in its expanding Ads business. This role focuses on maximizing revenue generation opportunities in partnership with PayPal's supply and demand platform partners as well as agency trading desks and client direct teams. The Programmatic Ad Sales Specialist will leverage their experience to scale PayPal's self-service client base.
Job Description:Essential Responsibilities: - Lead complex partnership projects and initiatives.

- Manage and grow key partnerships.
- Implement process improvements to enhance partnership effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development of partnership strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:Additional Responsibilities- Utilize sales experience and industry connections to consistently surpass revenue targets.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of programmatic clients in conjunction with SSP and DSP partners
- Evangelize the PayPal Ads offering, enabling partners to best represent the PayPal offerings
- Actively prospect and pitch to existing client base, driving successful renewals
- Lead efforts to better align our direct sales team with programmatic ecosystem partners related to owned brands and agencies.
- Collaborate seamlessly with AdOps, Sales, Marketing, and other key teams
- Identify new opportunities for programmatic revenue growth
- Provide market feedback to inform product roadmap and prioritization
- Coach sales team to uplevel programmatic proficiency
Preferred Requirements - 10+ years of experience in programmatic advertising sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong relationships across various programmatic partner SSPs, DSPs, agencies, brands, and holdcos.
- 3+ years of sales leadership
- Experience providing mentorship, guidance, and feedback to sales representatives
- Preferred experience working for a publisher or SSP/DSP platform
- Expertise in building and expanding business through long-term strategic partnerships.
- Strong ability to sell using data-driven insights and a solid understanding of business and media performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisions across all levels of an organization.

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:
