Job Summary:PayPal Ads is seeking an experienced Channel Partner Lead to drive growth in its expanding Ads business. In this role, you will own the relationships with key publishers and channel partners, enabling them to sell the combination of their own supply with PayPal's audiences. You will work hand-in-hand with partner teams and partner sales organizations - arming them with the positioning, tools, and support they need to successfully bring this combined offering to market and drive revenue.

Minimum Qualifications:- 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Develop and execute a partnership roadmap that expands the number of partners actively selling this combined supply-plus-audience offering.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner teams, providing ongoing enablement, training, and go-to-market support to help their organizations sell effectively.
- Directly support partners' sales teams - through joint pitches, deal support, and pipeline reviews - to ensure the partnership translates into closed revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align advertiser goals with partner supply and audience-matching strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiated, jointly-sold capabilities.
- Track and report on partnership performance, with a focus on revenue production, partner sales activity, and pipeline health.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms that support a sustainable, mutually beneficial revenue-sharing model.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Legal, Privacy, Product, AdOps, Sales, Marketing, and other key teams to remove friction from partner selling motions.
Preferred Requirements - 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including Platforms, Publishers, and supply-side dynamics.
- Demonstrated experience enabling partner or channel sales teams - not just closing deals directly, but equipping others to sell successfully.
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with high-level stakeholders, including partner sales leadership.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Successful track record working in highly matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including publisher monetization and auction dynamics.
- Experience structuring and negotiating unique supply-and-audience partnerships that partner sales teams can take to market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisions across all levels of an organization, including within partner companies.

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:
