Channel Manager, HTAS- Advanced Planning - Remote
The Job:
As a Channel Manager, HTAS – Advanced Planning, you’ll be part of our Channel Marketing team. You’ll get to:
- Coordinate strategic marketing activities to achieve operating plans for the business; you’ll have overall responsibility for profitability, promotion, pricing, merchandising and new product plans for HTAS within all HTAS customer channels
- Work with Commercial, Product, Brand, Supply Chain and Finance teams to develop strategic growth initiatives, including product, online merchandising, and promotion strategies
- Present new products, merchandising, and promotional strategies and successfully execute marketing communication plans and new product launches
- Analyze and track POS, inventory, market share, and competitive landscapes; track program/promotional effectiveness and develop and execute changes and improvements, as required
- Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to manage listings, maximizing sales and profitability via mixed management, promotional opportunities, and pricing actions
- Make sound business decisions to drive top and bottom lines, driven by a holistic understanding of channel P&L

- A minimum of four plus (4+) years of Product, Sales and/or Marketing experience within Retail space with a record of demonstrated achievement in sales growth and margin accretion
- Solid analytical skills with strong understanding of key business and financial metrics such as Sales, Gross Margins, Operating Margins, Inventory Turns, etc.
- Customer-focused, can-do mindset with a passion for problem-solving and commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
- Project management, collaboration, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; demonstrated success communicating effectively with all levels of the business
- Experience navigating a complex organization and changing priorities and while exercising attention to detail; ability to manage deadlines and focus on high-impact work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office Suite and other ERP Systems (SAP, BW, Salesforce, etc.)

The Salary range for this position is $77,600.00 - $124,900.00
This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
