Channel Business Development Lead HP Print North America

Description -

Job Summary

The Channel Business Development Lead for HP Print North America is responsible for driving revenue, margin, and market share growth across HP's Consumer and SMB Print portfolio through Retail partners. This individual contributor role serves as a strategic link between Sales, Channel Partners, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure HP's print strategy, programs, and priorities are successfully executed in the North American market.

The ideal candidate brings strong channel management experience, analytical skills, and business planning expertise, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and partner organizations to deliver growth and business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support Print business performance across assigned North America retail partners, helping deliver revenue, profitability, product mix, and market share goals.
  • Develop and execute partner business plans aligned with HP Print growth strategies and go-to-market priorities.
  • Serve as a Print subject matter expert for channel sales teams by providing product knowledge, competitive insights, demand generation recommendations, and issue resolution support.
  • Partner with Retailer, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management to identify growth opportunities, address business challenges, and drive execution excellence.
  • Support implementation of HP Print programs, promotions, and partner incentives to maximize engagement and sales performance.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews, performance updates, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and partner teams.
  • Provide channel feedback regarding pricing, promotions, product positioning, and competitive activity to influence business decisions and market strategy.
  • Participate in partner meetings, trainings, QBRs, and customer-facing engagements to represent HP's Print portfolio and value proposition.


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $133,950 to $210,300 USD annually with a 80%/20% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
