Work you'll do

As a Project Manager, Strategy, Growth, & Transformation on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for:
  • Lead change management activities for an enterprise technology modernization program, including stakeholder engagement, organizational transition, and adoption planning
  • Develop and execute communications strategies that support program objectives, audience alignment, and end-user readiness
  • Design and oversee training strategies, curricula, and enablement materials to support workforce readiness and user adoption
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and change interventions to support implementation milestones and business adoption goals
  • Collaborate with program leadership, functional teams, and client stakeholders to align change, communications, and training activities with program delivery

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience leading change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, or workforce readiness activities for enterprise technology modernization programs
  • 4+ years of experience developing training strategies, training curricula, and end-user enablement materials
  • 4+ years of experience leading communications planning and execution for transformation or implementation programs
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
  • 2+ years of experience serving federal, state, or local government clients or public higher education institutions
  • 2+ years of experience supporting technology implementation, cloud transformation, or digital transformation programs
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Washington DC, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Washington DC and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $218,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
