Role Overview:
The Change Management Specialist will lead the TCC-Change Management workstream, overseeing the development and execution of the change management strategy. Responsibilities include stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, development of deliverables (talking points, information papers), facilitating change-focused discussions with the client and Army account teams, and preparing change management recommendations. This role may also include driving key tasks within the TCC-Training and TCC-Communications areas, which support the broader change management vision and strategy.

• Position: Change Management Specialist
• Location: Tysons or Arlington, VA (onsite 1-2 days a week)
• Pay Rate: Highly competitive, based on qualifications
• Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required
• Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens only
Key Requirements:
• Active DoD Secret Clearance (or Interim Secret)
• ProSci or CCMP Certification with 5+ years of change management experience
• 2+ years of federal experience
• Bachelor's Degree from a U.S.-accredited institution
• Organizational change management experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Strong client relationship management skills
