Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Change Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that changes to project scope, schedule, and budget are managed effectively and efficiently. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to identify, assess, and implement changes in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement change management processes and procedures to ensure effective management of changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.

- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify potential changes and assess their impact on project objectives.

- Conduct thorough analysis and risk assessments of proposed changes, and provide recommendations to project teams.

- Facilitate change control meetings and maintain accurate documentation of all change requests, approvals, and decisions.

- Communicate changes and their impact to relevant team members and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned.

- Monitor and track changes, ensuring that they are implemented in a timely and efficient manner.

- Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to changes and develop mitigation strategies.

- Provide regular reports on change management activities to project teams and senior management.
