CGI Montreal is looking for a Change Management Consultant for one of the industry's largest technology transformation programs. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing the change management strategy to support the migration of on-premises Atlassian platforms to Atlassian Cloud. You will work with stakeholders at all levels to ensure adoption of new ways of working, employee engagement, and realization of the business benefits associated with the transformation. Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Define and implement the overall change management strategy for the Atlassian Cloud migration program
• Conduct organizational impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and adoption risk assessments
• Develop communication, engagement, training, and user enablement strategies
• Advise sponsors, project directors, and managers on change management best practices and approaches
• Develop mechanisms to measure adoption, organizational readiness, and benefits realization
• Anticipate sources of resistance and develop mitigation strategies tailored to different user groups
• Ensure alignment of change management activities with corporate communications, training, and change management teams
• Facilitate workshops, communities of practice, and working groups involving multidisciplinary teams
• Prepare and present strategic recommendations to governance committees and senior leadership
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the change management practice and the development of internal tools, methodologies, and frameworks

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or another relevant field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational communications, change management, or organizational transformation
• Significant experience supporting large-scale technology transformation programs
• Strong expertise in change management methodologies (Prosci or equivalent)
• Experience in complex transformation environments involving multiple business units
• Knowledge of digital collaboration environments and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) is considered a strong asset
• Ability to lead strategic workshops and build consensus among managers and directors
• Ability to analyze complex issues involving multiple variables, anticipate adoption risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies
• Strong understanding of the people-related aspects of digital transformation
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 70 000$ et 135 000$. This role is an existing vacancy.
