Job Description

You bring the Stockpile's users with the system: adoption plans, communications, train-the-trainer and the training records the customer requires, so that a new capability is used the week it ships. Full time, W-2, based in Fairfax, Virginia with some telework, starting October 2026.
What you will do
  • Plan and run organizational change management for releases: stakeholder analysis, communications, readiness and adoption measurement.
  • Design and deliver role-based training, train-the-trainer sessions and refreshers, in person in Atlanta when needed and virtually otherwise.
  • Maintain the training profile and records the contract requires; update the agency training system on completion.
  • Write job aids and quick references with the technical writer; gather feedback and improve the material.
  • Support cutover communications for the retirement of the legacy system.
What you need
  • 3 or more years in change management or training for enterprise application rollouts.
  • Training design and delivery, including train-the-trainer.
  • Clear writing and confident facilitation.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain an HHS Tier 2 public trust determination.

Terms, and how to apply

  • Target start: October 2026
  • Hybrid: based at SPN's office in Fairfax, Virginia, with some telework; occasional days at the customer's Atlanta, Georgia campus when the work requires it
  • Core hours 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday, with flexible start between 6:00 and 9:00 a.m. Eastern; federal holidays off
  • You must be a U.S. citizen and obtain and keep an HHS Tier 2 (moderate risk) public trust determination; no security clearance is required
  • You complete HHS security, privacy and records management training before access, and cGMP training shortly after you start
  • Work is done on customer-furnished or SPN-furnished equipment under HHS security rules
