Change Governance Analyst

Overview of Position

As a Change Governance Analyst, you will play a key role in governing how business and technology change requests are evaluated, prioritized, and advanced across Lending Solutions Operations. Acting as the intersection of governance, operational change, ServiceNow platform support, and decision enablement, this role helps ensure requests are aligned to business priorities, supported by data-driven insights, and positioned for successful execution.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
  • Own and support the intake, validation, governance, and progression of business and technology change requests across Lending Solutions Operations.
  • Clarify business needs, expected outcomes, operational impacts, approvals, cost considerations, and downstream dependencies.
  • Partner with requesters, fulfillment teams, leaders, and technology partners to reduce ambiguity, resolve blockers, and keep work moving.
  • Influence across teams without direct authority to ensure assessments, approvals, action items, and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Drive governance effectiveness by providing visibility into high-impact requests, significant variances, cost considerations, risks, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate stakeholder alignment and escalation based on established governance thresholds.
  • Prepare governance materials, recommendations, and decision-support insights that enable leaders to make informed prioritization, funding, and approval decisions.
  • Analyze request volume, trends, bottlenecks, service levels, and root causes to improve governance effectiveness and stakeholder experience.
  • Support the ServiceNow scoped application used to manage Lending change requests, including technology requirements, access, upgrades, UAT, and coordination with technical teams.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, AI-enabled request support, reporting enhancements, documentation, training materials, and job aids.


What are the requirements needed for this position?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field; or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Experience in intake, governance, business analysis, process improvement, change management, project coordination, or technology-enabled operations.
  • Ability to interpret ambiguous requests, ask effective questions, identify gaps, and translate needs into clear next steps.
  • Comfort working with cost estimates, budget-to-actual context, and business case inputs that support governance decisions.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, judgment, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.


What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
  • Knowledge of Lending Solutions Operations, insurance, financial services, mortgage servicing, claims, loss draft, insurance tracking, reporting, or related operations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar request, workflow, case management, or ticketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with UAT, system enhancements, access management, workflow design, Agile, SDLC, or formal requirements documentation.
  • Experience using reporting, analytics, dashboards, or AI-enabled tools to surface insights and improve stakeholder self-service.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma, Business Analyst, Project Management, Change Management, or similar certification.

$88,000.00 - $147,000.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
