Introduction to the Role
As a Product Change Leader, you lead Project Change Control Boards (CCBs) consisting of 7+ cross-sector stakeholders. You are responsible for the efficient and effective execution of product changes within a complex, dynamic environment.
In this role, you develop and coach project teams to successfully deliver changes impacting scope, quality, and timing, while ensuring alignment across development and operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure project alignment with the configuration management process and consistent ways of working. Strong collaboration across change dependencies is essential.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across sectors and with global counterparts at other ASML locations.
- Direct, develop, and coach project stakeholders to deliver high-quality results on time with predictable outcomes.
- Prepare and manage Change Requests (CRs) and Change Notifications (CNs) (currently IPs and ECs) for implementation in Development and Operations.
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple notifications.
- Compile change requests impacting the same documentation and effectivity.
- Structure changes to maximize end-item traceability and minimize implementation costs, including verification of re-identification decisions.
- Facilitate both Full Track and Fast Track changes (currently On-line and Off-line changes).
- Prepare agendas for and chair Change Control Board (CCB) meetings.
- Assess and balance workload implications prior to releasing notifications for CCB implementation.
- Initiate, monitor, and control the implementation of approved change notifications.
- Drive execution in close alignment with the Project Lead(s) and/or Product Development Manager.
- Monitor and proactively intervene when master schedule changes or product definition updates impact dependent notifications.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of CM@ASML practices.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Configuration Management.
- 5+ years of hands-on configuration management experience.
- Proven configuration change management expertise with complex Bills of Materials.
- Experience working within Development and/or Operations environments supporting product changes.
- Strong project coordination and implementation planning capabilities, with the ability to anticipate development and operational impacts.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience in people development and coaching.
- Preferred: Configuration Management Certification (CMII Modules 1-4).

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. a7 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
