Job SummaryWe are seeking a
Change Enablement Specialist to support the successful execution of change initiatives as part of our SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role will be responsible for coordinating change enablement activities, supporting change enablement deliverables, and ensuring alignment between change efforts and overall project milestones.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with experience managing multiple workstreams, engaging stakeholders, and supporting governance activities in large-scale transformation projects. By partnering with Change Managers and cross-functional teams, this role will help drive stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and seamless project execution to maximize adoption and minimize disruption during the transition to SAP S/4HANA. The role can be located remotely within the US.
Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Support change initiatives: Assist senior change managers in rolling out organizational changes (new systems, restructures, mergers).
- Communication & engagement: Draft communications, prepare presentations, and ensure stakeholders are informed.
- Training support: Help design or deliver training sessions to ease adoption of new processes and build awareness
- Impact analysis: Conduct assessments to identify how changes affect employees, processes, and systems, and who specifically is impacted.
- Documentation & reporting: Maintain change logs, track progress, and prepare status updates.
- Administrative support: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and provide logistical support for change efforts.
Required Skills and Experience- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, change management or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience organizational change or project management, preferably in ERP implementations.

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $85,000 - $105,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
