Change Enablement Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develops and executes change management strategies to support organizational initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Engages stakeholders through targeted communication, training, and support to foster understanding and reduce resistance to change.
• Collaborates with project managers and business leaders to embed change management activities into broader project plans and timelines.
• Assesses change impacts and organizational readiness, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to support successful transitions.
• Creates and delivers tailored communications, toolkits, and resources that support colleagues through change, adapting materials for diverse audiences.
• Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of change initiatives, using feedback and data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
• Provides light project management oversight to ensure deliverables, timelines, and outcomes remain on track.
• Acts as a trusted advisor and change champion, promoting a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement across the organization.

• Partners with stakeholders to coordinate enterprise communications, key events, and organizational readiness activities to improve colleague experience, increase visibility, and reduce change fatigue.
• Supports technology adoption and innovation initiatives, including awareness campaigns, learning opportunities, success story collection, and communities of practice.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing

Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business administration, communications or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred. Master's degree in a related field is a plus. Project management certification, such as PMP preferred.

Experience

Eight (8) years of experience in change enablement, change management, organizational development, communications, adoption, project coordination, human resources, or a related role preferred; internships, project-based experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience working with cross-functional teams preferred.

Skills & Knowledge
  • Expertise in designing and executing change enablement and adoption strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Ability to assess organizational readiness and change impact across stakeholder groups
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with project managers and business leaders
  • Skilled in developing mitigation plans to address resistance and risk
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and tools
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands, and work effectively through ambiguity
  • Ability to influence without authority and build trusted partnerships across stakeholder groups
  • Experience supporting technology adoption, HR transformation, AI adoption, or HR technology initiatives preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports
  • Ability to work in a team environment
