Job Description:Mars Snacking is going through a significant transformation, integrating the legacy Kellanova business into Mars, bringing together 12,000 Associates across the region. Communicating our vision and engaging Associates throughout the change will be essential to its successful delivery. Developing a change communications strategy and deploying it across a range of channels and audiences - with varying needs - is the responsibility of the Change Communications Lead. The role will report to the SVP Corporate Affairs for Mars Snacking North America, and will work closely with the Internal Communications Director, the Change Management team as well as the full North America Leadership Team.

- Extensive experience in developing and executing both communications strategies campaigns at a regional level

- Ability to manage a diverse and broad range of issues and projects simultaneously.

Skilled in shaping and driving dialogue by building "buy in", must have the presence and stature to influence, establish credibility and trust with peers, senior leaders and external stakeholders. Proven ability to test and challenge team members' thinking and propose solutions and courses of action proactively.
- Experience distilling complex messages into simple, relevant and meaningful communications, able to articulate a communication agenda.
- Proven self-starter with strong project management/organizational skills and a drive for results
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Experience in working in matrix organizations and in remote settings.
What will be your key responsibilities?- Develop a strategy to engage all Mars Snacking North America Associates through the integration that meets the needs of the varying personas - Future State Champions (those staying with the business), Acquired Talent, Interim Associates, and Exiting Associates.
- Be proactive in creating best-in-class communications materials, including senior leadership communications, that lay out clear cases for change at the various stages, implications and benefits.
- In partnership with P&O, develop a roadmap for change and change communications so that Associates and senior leaders can anticipate the next steps and lead/participate in the change as appropriate.
- Develop the necessary governance and ways of working required to involve the right stakeholders across the business internally at the appropriate times.
- Partner closely with the Internal Communications team to ensure that business-as-usual communications reflect the change communications stages and requirements so that it is a seamless Associate experience across all comms.
- Utilise the full range of communications channels available to reach Associates in the right place, at the right time, including leveraging digital tools to build effective and efficient communications.
- Support the change management program by implementing a communications plan that engages Associates in the change, while responding to needs as they arise and adjusting as needed.
- Work closely with the workplace team to support location moves, helping Associates understand the logistics, enabling smooth offboarding/onboarding of offices, and creating excitement in the local communities.
- Partner with third parties such as event management providers and film crews to ensure high-quality delivery of communications materials as needed
- Use data and measurement to understand the Associates' change experience and iterate accordingly.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
