Overview

The Change & Communications Specialist supports enterprise change management, stakeholder engagement, and communications for PMO-led initiatives. This role helps drive adoption of new processes, ensures consistent messaging, and supports organizational readiness across stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support intake of new requests and assist with prioritization of change and communication activities.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement approaches.
  • Create communication materials, including briefings, dashboards, status updates, and awareness content.
  • Support recurring communication cycles, reporting cadences, and change review processes.
  • Assist in developing training, job aids, and awareness materials for PMO processes and initiatives.
  • Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and assess the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, organizational development, business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 0-4 years of experience in change management, communications, organizational transformation, or a related area.
  • Experience supporting enterprise IT, PMO, or organizational change initiatives preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable messaging.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification, Organizational Change Management credentials, or similar certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting federal or public sector environments preferred.

Salary: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00
