OverviewThe Change & Communications Specialist supports enterprise change management, stakeholder engagement, and communications for PMO-led initiatives. This role helps drive adoption of new processes, ensures consistent messaging, and supports organizational readiness across stakeholders and teams.
Responsibilities- Support intake of new requests and assist with prioritization of change and communication activities.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement approaches.
- Create communication materials, including briefings, dashboards, status updates, and awareness content.
- Support recurring communication cycles, reporting cadences, and change review processes.
- Assist in developing training, job aids, and awareness materials for PMO processes and initiatives.
- Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and assess the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in communications, organizational development, business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 0-4 years of experience in change management, communications, organizational transformation, or a related area.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT, PMO, or organizational change initiatives preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable messaging.
- Prosci Change Management Certification, Organizational Change Management credentials, or similar certification preferred.
- Experience supporting federal or public sector environments preferred.
