Work Schedule:

.75-1.0 FTE, based on the candidate's preference. 14, 12, 10 and 8 hour shifts available to provide flexibility. Weekend and/or PM shift commitments optional for additional compensation. Some weekend, night, Holiday and pager call may apply at some locations. This position will be assigned a primary work location but must also be willing to work at any of the following locations: University Hospital, American Family Children's Hospital, East Madison Hospital, Madison Surgery Center, and the Digestive Health Center in Madison, WI.

Pay:
  • External hires may be eligible for up to a $50,000 sign-on bonus.
  • Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants.
  • RN and CRNA experience taken into consideration when determining pay.

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to:
  • Provide anesthesia care to a complex patient population under the medical direction provided by the UW Department of Anesthesiology faculty anesthesiologists.
  • Work collaboratively with administrative, nursing, physician, and other staff to assure safe, effective, quality patient care and to promote UW Health's educational and research missions.
  • Work in an academic setting with ample opportunity to contribute to SRNA education. Case mix may include: neuro, spines, ortho trauma, ob/gyn surgery, acute general surgery, transplant, plastics, trauma, cath lab, and outpatient surgery.
