Full Job Description
Partner in Clinical Excellence as a CRNA in Brockton, MA at Signature Healthcare, Brockton Hospital

Local Team Collaboration:
  • We believe in local, site-led leadership.
  • Strong collaboration between all 5 physicians and 16 CRNAs on the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide peri and post-operative care for Signature Healthcare, Brockston Hospital, which covers general, ortho (including spine), ENT, endo, vascular, podiatry, minimal thoracic, plastics, and OB/GYN services.
  • Works in collaboration with CRNAs, anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other physicians and medical professionals to ensure appropriate anesthesia services are delivered.

Scheduling:
  • 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts available.
  • Avg of 40-hour work week.
  • No call, no weekends, no nights.
  • 8 weeks guaranteed off annually.

Qualifications:
  • NBCRNA (or to be certified if a student).
  • Active MA license.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Living and Working in Brockton and South Shore:
  • Affordable access to Greater Boston with generally lower housing costs than Boston.
  • 25-35 minutes to downtown Boston; 30-40 minutes to Logan Airport; easy access to Providence, Cape Cod, and major highways.
  • Strong educational options in Brockton and nearby communities such as Easton, Sharon, Canton, Bridgewater, and West Bridgewater.

Rewards and Compensation:
  • W2 compensation: $320,000.
  • 1099 compensation: $354,000.
  • $75,000 commencement bonus.
