Job Title:Master Automotive Technician

Job Overview:We are looking for technicians who are passionate about their career. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our guests.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest
- Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
- Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns
- Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
QualificationsQualifications: - Experienced Master Certified L1, or Seeking an L1 Certificate
- Have a CLEAN driving record
- Expert Drivability/diagnostic technical
- Electrical experience with all makes and models
- 15+years of PROFESSIONAL experience as an automotive technician/mechanic required
- Willing to help train/mentor other team members
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all years/makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional OEM Scan tool systems
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development

Physical Requirements:- Occasionally lift and/or move over 30 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
