Certified Industrial Electrician, Grand Forks, British Columbia

Interfor is seekingenergetic and enthusiastic team players to join our team as a Certified Industrial Electrician in Grand Forks.Starting rate for this position is $51.245 per hour.

What You'll Do
  • Work in a safe and efficient manner while following all safety rules and regulations.
  • Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment and controls for our Sawmill, Planermill and Kiln hot oil systems.
  • Set up, troubleshoot, and repair PLC and HMI systems.
  • Solve problems and work as part of a team focused on machine reliability and breakdown prevention.

What You Offer
  • Must be a Red Seal certified journeyman industrial electrician (BC/IP).
  • Must have Allen Bradley PLC experience, Motion Control, and the ability to troubleshoot VFD drives, optimizer systems, and scanners.
  • Commitment to maintain a safe work environment without compromise.
