Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years aerospace experience within the last 5 years.
• At least 3 years experience in an engineering environment.
• Experience in receiving or final inspection of precision components.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Familiarity with hand-held inspection tools like micrometers and calipers.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and AS9102 standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct final inspections of printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies.
• Perform dimensional inspections using hand-held measurement tools.
• Verify components against engineering documentation and purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with IPC-600, IPC-610, J-STD-001, and NASA STD 8739.1 standards.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve any discrepancies in parts.
• Communicate findings to customers and stakeholders effectively.
