Position Overview

Directs patient flow, capacity management, and bed placement across Catholic Health entities while leading clinical teams and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Clinical Experience: 5-7+ years in acute care with leadership in patient flow, bed placement, or capacity management.

  • Management Experience: Experience supervising and managing clinical teams.

  • Licensure & Education: Active RN license (required); Master of Science in Nursing (preferred).

  • Core Competencies: Strong leadership, financial acumen, crisis management, cross-departmental collaboration, and analytical problem-solving.

  • Travel: Ability to travel across Catholic Health facilities as needed.

Posted Salary RangeUSD $160,000.00 - USD $185.00 /Yr.
