Job Description

Obtains, assembles and analyzes information and data of a complex nature from a wide variety of sources. Prepares reports and creates spreadsheets. Prepares correspondence for review and signature, drafting letters and memos of routine or non-routine nature. Supports document control efforts, room coordination, and other electronic systems as determined by project. Prepares and schedules project activities including travel arrangements, meetings and appointments. Work with management teams to resolve issues that arise with projects or clients. Performs other duties as required.
Skills & Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent ability to interact with all levels of staff and vendors. Ability to work with many people simultaneously and to process a large volume of requests. Excellent personal computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent. 7 years of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Amount of Travel Required

20% - 40%
Driving Requirements

An appropriate and valid driver's license is required.
Pay Range Min

USD $31.43
Pay Range Max

USD $50.28
Additional Pay Range Information

CDM Smith is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This pay range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels for the geographic location assigned to the position. In addition to geographic location, a candidate's salary is determined by several other factors including, but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, relevant work experience, skills, required certifications, and education/training.
Additional Compensation

All bonuses at CDM Smith are discretionary and may or may not apply to this position.
