Responsibilities:- Traveling out of town 2-4 nights per week.
- Ability to train hands on, and get greasy.
- 50 hours of work time per week.
- Ability to manage people, and maintain standards directly with drivers.
- Completing ride along training with new drivers.
- Completing ride along trainings to qualify and retrain existing drivers.
- Conducting spot equipment and safety checks.
- Enforcement of company process and safety guidelines for both CDL and NON-CDL drivers.
Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- A Class B CDL
- A Drug-free lifestyle
- A clean motor vehicle report
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong understanding on how to work with drivers
- Strong DOT safety and training skills
- Ability to lift 75lbs
- Bachelor's Degree
Hours:50 hours a week, 5 days a week
