Rouse Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for practical regional freight, dependable lane planning, and weekly home time designed to support steady miles and organized scheduling throughout the week.
Pay & Home Time:- Weekly pay $1,500 to $1,600
- 6 full days home every month with scheduling flexibility
- Additional compensation for stops, breakdowns, detention, layover, and clean inspection bonuses
Equipment:Late-model Peterbilt 579s equipped with SiriusXM, inverters, TV mounts, refrigerators, and Espar bunk heaters.

You'll be assigned your own late-model Peterbilt with driver comfort features designed to make regional driving more manageable.
Equipment is maintained on schedule to help reduce downtime and support dependable freight movement. Dispatch planning is organized around practical lane coverage and consistent scheduling for drivers running regional freight.
Transition Pay:When you start, you'll receive transition pay during your first few weeks while getting familiar with routes, scheduling flow, and dispatch operations.

Getting Started:Orientation covers what you need to know for our CDL-A truck drivers. We cover your hotel, travel expenses, and meals.
