Critical Care Nocturnist - Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)

7-on / 7-off, 7pm - 7am

Southeastern Indiana Respiratory & Critical Care, a proud member of the Columbus Regional Health Physicians network, is seeking ahighly skilled, confident, and autonomous Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to lead in the Critical Care Unit during the night shift. If you love deep clinical critical thinking, a collaborative environment and practicing at the absolute top of your license, this is your ideal role.

Join our elite night team at SE Indiana Respiratory & Critical Care. We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for a high-autonomy, solo overnight ICU management role. In this position, you will own 100% of nocturnal procedures and lead rapid response teams while enjoying the security of immediate phone support from an on-call physician. This role offers a 7-on/7-off schedule with a highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
