Short Description

The Director of Brand Communications and Experience is responsible for leading CCA’s brand strategy, communications,reputation management, and patient/staff engagement experience initiatives. This role ensures a consistent and engagingorganizational identity across all patient, provider, employee, and community touchpoints while fostering trust, strengtheningstakeholder relationships, and enhancing the overall care experience. 3-5 years9 experience in the role of ensuring staff andprovider engagement meets industry standards and establishing development planning and execution of the project plan. The Director of Brand Communications collaborates closely with executive leadership, operational teams, clinical departments,and community partners to develop communication strategies that support organizational priorities, improve patient engagement,and reinforce the organization's mission, vision, and values. The ability to exercise sound administrative judgement whenneeded, forward thinker and embrace innovation. This position plays a vital role in shaping how patients, employees, providers, and the community perceive and experience CCAand the organization. Through strategic communications, brand leadership, and a commitment to service excellence, theDirector helps strengthen trust, engagement, loyalty, and organizational growth.

Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all communication platforms and patient-facingmaterials.Monitor public perception and implement initiatives that strengthen organizational reputation and community trust.Serve as a key resource for CCA public-facing communicationsLead initiatives designed to improve patient satisfaction, access, engagement, and overall experience.Liaison between CCA and potential new onboarding practices interested in joining CCAComplete onboarding tasks of new providers coming into CCA practices to ensure successful onboarding practice (s)

Analyze patient feedback, survey results, and experience metrics to inform strategic recommendations.Promote a patient-centered culture focused on quality, compassion, and service excellence.Represent the organization at community functions, meetings, and industry events as appropriate.Must have efficient analytical skills, and computer literacy to manage tasks well and help run the program within CooperCare Alliance.Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development to communications and experience teams.Communicate well with all the team members to execute programs in a better way.Strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient engagement, and experience improvement methodologies. . Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities. . Demonstrate leadership and team-building skills.Works closely with the Assistant Vice President to ensures a consistent and engaging organizational identity across allpatient, provider, employee, and community touchpoints are achieved. Demonstrated ability to lead through change and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.All other duties as assigned.
