The Opportunity - CBM, TVS and Wegmans

Due to an internal move, we are hiring a Customer Business Manager who will serve as the strategic leader for The Vitamin Shoppe & Wegman's businesses, with full accountability for revenue growth, profitability, and long-term customer development.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders across merchandising, category management, supply chain, and executive leadership.
  • Lead annual negotiations, promotional planning, pricing initiatives, and contract discussions.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to expand distribution, assortment, merchandising, and category growth.
  • Utilize syndicated data, customer insights, and market trends to develop strategic recommendations and drive informed business decisions.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Category Management, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning teams to execute customer strategies.
  • Deliver comprehensive business reviews and Joint Business Plans that create mutual value for both customer and company.
  • Manage trade investment and customer P&L performance to maximize profitable growth.
  • Accurately develop forecasts, manage customer budgets, and communicate business risks and opportunities to leadership.
  • Manage broker relationships to maximize sales performance, strengthen customer engagement, and ensure flawless execution against volume, distribution, and profitability targets.
